Domaine Gassier wines are the fruit of a common passion that Tina and Michel Gassier have for wine. Wines with a strong personality and focused on freshness, dynamism and mineral balance. It was with this idea that they acquired terroirs suitable for the wines they are looking for and it was on a terrace overlooking the Camargue that they found their ideal! Today the reputation of the estate's wines is well established! A precise work is carried out in the vines as well as in the cellar to produce high-precision wines sought after by all amateurs. The entire range is certified organic and the sulphites are limited to what is strictly necessary. These are local wines marked by the minerality of their soils!
