For several generations, the Jourdan family has been very attached to this particular terroir, that of the Etang de Thau. The estate produces quality wines while respecting the principles of sustainable management. The vineyard extends over three different terroirs (the felines, the cadastres and the Coulette) and covers a total of nearly 110 hectares. It is therefore, with this diversity of terroir and the multitude of cultivated grape varieties (11 in total), that the Félines Jourdan estate manages to offer very good, fresh and elegant wines, with a fine balance between roundness and acidity.
