All the parcels of Domaine Billaud-Simon are planted over a radius of 2 kilometers, on the left and right bank of the Serein, in the heart of the historic appellation. The Domaine now has four Grands Crus : Les Clos, Vaudésir, Les Preuses and Les Blanchots and four Premiers Crus: Montée de Tonnerre, Fourchaume, Mont de Milieu and Les Vaillons. It also produces Petit Chablis and Chablis, including the "Tête d´Or" cuvée. This prestigious cuvée is made from the blend of the best plots planted in the village appellation. They are located near the best Premiers Crus and Grands Crus . A great Chablisian signature, Billaud-Simon has quality old vines, sublimated daily by the estate team.
