The fourth generation of a family of winegrowers, he directly experienced the techniques for protecting the vineyard against spring frosts. Bernard Defaix has thus been able to ensure a minimum harvest each year and has therefore been able to develop in stable commercial markets. Today, Bernard's two sons are in charge of the Domaine: Sylvain and Didier.
