Located north of the town of Saint-Estèphe, on hillsides facing the Gironde, the vines are ideally planted in gravel and clay areas depending on the grape variety . Benefiting from good drainage by the slope effect and the benefits of the river by less extreme temperatures than inland. The ideal conditions to produce give this great Saint-Estèphe. The Braquessac family, owners since 1860, respect their land and work together between the father (agricultural engineer) and the son (graduate in oenology) to do better every day. The result has really been felt since the 2002 vintage with more fruit and aromatic precision.
