Château Sainte-Eulalie is a Cru La Livinière vineyard. Nestled on the southern flank of the Montagne Noire, southern edge of the Massif Central, facing Mont Alaric, avant-garde of the Pyrenees, La Livinière spreads its vineyard above this valley of the Aude, steeped in history, a must-see. between the Mediterranean and Atlantic worlds. Very close to the Canal du Midi, its trees and its nonchalance, halfway between Narbonne la-Romaine, also the city of this Aymerillot that Victor Hugo sang, and of Carcassonne-la-Fière where Raymond's banner still floats Trencavel. Here, the sun, the exposure; the climate and the nature of the soils have come together to give life to these unique wines, the fame of which is well established: the wines of the La Livinière appellation. 30 km from the famous city of Carcassonne, the vineyard is planted on the slopes of La Livinière (Petit Causse region of the AOC Minervois). The vineyard extends in terraces (slopes of 5 to 10%), at an altitude of 250 m, facing due south, sheltered from the north winds.
