The Château de Gardegan is located on the heights of Bordeaux, with its rich wine history dating back to Roman times. The estate's ambitious program is starting to bear fruit with the work carried out on its state-of-the-art cellars, as well as a better restructuring of the vineyard, and finally with the conversion to organic farming in progress since the 2016 vintage. The terroirs are located high in the vineyards of the Côtes de Castillon and are characterized by their geological balance and their geographical conditions similar to those of the Saint- Emilion region. The vineyards are impressively deep and are composed of plots on the hillside and terraces with a density of 5,500 to 7,000 plants per hectare.
