Since 2013, the Domaine has grown with a magnificent plot of 2 ha of vines located on one of the most beautiful clay-limestone terroirs of the appellation bearing the name of "Petit Clos". The entire vineyard is cultivated with permanent grass (semi-grass). The treatments are carried out according to the reasoned control method. During the harvest, the grapes are pressed by inerting under carbon dioxide in order to avoid the oxidation of the musts and to reduce the doses of SO2.
