The story begins around a table and a beautiful family history. In love with his South-West and its secular tradition, this cult chef of Landes gastronomy introduced his son Francis Darroze to the culinary arts, great wines and fine Gascon eaux-de-vie. Today, 30 or so estates contribute to this extraordinary collection of the House of Armagnac Darroze, which perfects its ageing in the cellars of Roquefort and Labastide d'Armagnac. Rare and ancient pieces, or eaux-de-vie coming out of the still of a small owner or distilled by a famous itinerant distiller, have been selected and watched over for more than 20 years by Marc Darroze, who has the same values and the same passion as his grandfather Jean and his father Francis.
