Alex Foillard is the son of Agnes and Jean Foillard. He moved to Beaujolais in 2016 on a two-hectare plot (1 hectare in Brouilly and 1 hectare in Côte de Brouilly). The vines were worked conventionally until Alex Foillard directly began an organic conversion.
