Can I still place an order on your website?

You can! Our website is up and running and deliveries are made possible thanks to our hard-working logistics team who carefully prepare your orders in compliance with health and safety regulations. All orders placed are processed and we do our utmost to get them to you as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may be longer during this period, with sometimes up to 48h delay, so if your package is a few days late, don't worry, your order will arrive!

I didn't receive all the bottles I ordered! Where are the others?

Don't worry. Orders are prepared in shipments of 6 bottles maximum, and each package is assigned a different tracking number. You will receive the remainder of your missing bottles within 48 hours of the first delivery. If this is not the case, please contact our Customer Service at contact@vinatis.com 

Are there any changes in shipping costs?

When can I benefit from free shipping?

If you are not a newsletter subscriber we only offer free standard delivery from £150 with the promo code FREESTANDARD

Applicable to deliveries to the UK and only cumulative with other cumulative codes

I didn't receive my order before 1pm even though I chose priority delivery!

Given the current situation, 24-hour express delivery is no longer available at the moment. Instead, we can offer you a "priority delivery". Your order is prepared and dispatched in a separate queue to get to you as soon as possible but not within 24h.

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to most of Europe and the UK. We do not deliver to Ireland, Finland, Switzerland, Cyprus or Malta.
