A very pleasant Champagne to drink, with a beautiful pale yellow colour and a great finesse of bubbles. Delicate on the palate. Perfect for an aperitif.
After owning Champagne Deutz until the early 1990s, the Lallier family decided to create their own estate before selling the brand in 2003 to Isabelle and Francis Tribaut, both oenologists. Together, they offer exclusively Premier Cru and Grand Cru Champagnes, their range being voluntarily very low in sugar "under-dosed" (or even non-dosé) in order to seek out the identity of the terroir. Their Champagnes, present but never invasive, prove to be a real success that will quickly seduce lovers of Champagne with character.
