CORTON-CHARLEMAGNE GRAND CRU 2021 - DOMAINE POISOT

0,75 L White Wine / France / Burgundy / Corton Charlemagne AOC / 14 % vol / 100% Chardonnay

High Environmental Value certification
The expression of one of Burgundy's most beautiful terroirs! - Limited production - only 2,800 bottles produced! -
A terrifically delicate Corton-Charlemagne with its bouquet of buttery notes, baked apple, citrus, vegetal notes, cinnamon and flint. Perfectly balanced, the Chardonnay takes on its full breadth on the palate, establishing a subtle, rare link between the gracefulness of the variety and the character of the terroir. A wine for laying down to keep for pairing with crustaceans - the harmony of flavours is spectacular!

DOMAINE POISOT PERE ET FILS

The Poisot Père et Fils estate is the result of a long history of parentage. Coming from the same family as Louis Latour, the property was operated for a long time by renting or sharecropping before being taken over in 1986 by Maurice Poisot. Concerned about maintaining the wine heritage and the quality of the grapes, the Poisot family expresses the complex nuances of the terroir through wines worthy of the best of Burgundy.
