LEAVE YOUR REVIEWAlways convincing vintage after vintage. Notes of candied apricot, a beautiful straightness on the palate despite the years. Perfect for drinking today or for keeping!
This is a splendid Sauternes, full of candied fruit, honey and unctuous lusciousness. A delight with a chocolate dessert, but I recommend it with savoury dishes.
Magnificent Sauternes at an unbeatable price. The candied fruit and honey flavours are perfect with chocolate desserts, fruit salads and, of course, foie gras. Don't hesitate to order!
Yellow, fully ripe fruit, such as peach and mango, as well as a delicate acidity reminiscent of champagne are evident on the nose. The palate shines with the same fruit accentuation and appears sweet and oily, which is countered by the light acidity, which is inferior to the sweetness.
Excellent Sauternes, recommended for lovers of the category.
9 years on the shoulders that are not noticeable, it would have many more ahead of it. Very complex on the nose and very long in the mouth.
At the heart of the most famous Sauternes vintages, the vineyard benefits from a remarkable exposure and combines the best conditions to produce a very great Sauternes wine. The property has 18 hectares in appellation, 16 of which are in production. Most of the plots are grouped around the Château, in the towns of Sauternes, Bommes and Preignac.
