A pretty rosé with a balance between fruit and freshness, a touch of acidity that enhances the cherry aromas, nice length on the palate. Easy to drink as an aperitif or with a meal!
Very pleasant wine, uncomplicated, but for an aperitif it goes very well, it is a cheap wine, so you can't ask for more, good value for money.
Very fruity and not too dry. Smells of strawberries and raspberries. The acidity is not too dominant. Price-performance ratio is definitely right. Would order this wine again.
A sure bet among Languedoc rosés. Fruity and fresh, it is very pleasant to drink, with notes of red fruit. Well-balanced palate. Long, mineral finish.
The Caves de l'Estabel is a cooperative cellar that has been established since 1938 at the foot of the Vissou in the village of Cabrières. It currently has 25 winegrowers on 330 hectares of vines and produces around 15,000 hl, mainly Languedoc Cabrières AOC. From the 1980s onwards, the Estabel wines began to cause a sensation with the recognition of their Languedoc-Cabrières AOC, which reveals wines with personality, aromatic complexity, power, fullness and great length on the palate. Reputedly delicious and fruity, the generosity, elegance and accessibility of the wines reflect the image of the estate. Finally, the use of old vines, Mediterranean grape varieties and the exploitation of a high quality schist terroir enable the estate to distinguish itself each year in the various national competitions by obtaining a large number of medals.
