LEAVE YOUR REVIEWSuperb white wine, rich in aroma, mineral and with a nice salinity. The acidity remains present and controlled throughout the tasting! It will seduce as an aperitif but also inspires superb pairings!
Delicate, fruity. Very good as an aperitif, hot or cold, with a sweet and savoury Chinese dish, cheeses to be opened a few hours before and not too fresh.
A magnificent white wine with rich, mineral aromas, enhanced by a delicate salinity. The perfectly controlled acidity lingers throughout the tasting. Ideal as an aperitif, it also makes a superb food pairing. A delight not to be missed!
An explosion of flavours on the palate, and on the nose too. Do not serve chilled! It needs 10-12 degrees to express itself. A real delight, served with roasted scallops, it was perfect.
The Moulin de Gassac estate was founded in 1971 by Aimé and Véronique Guibert. Today it is managed by the sons of the founders. This area of the Gassac Valley has developed under the leadership of the greatest specialists such as Henry Enjalbert and Émile Peynaud. The wines are made from the best plot selections from beautiful Languedoc terroirs. The characteristics of the Moulin de Gassac selection are absolute respect for the terroir and low production volumes.
