LEAVE YOUR REVIEWVery aromatic and pleasant on the palate: a sure value which will find its place without problem on your table, from the aperitif to the dessert!
Good Sauvignon, pleasant hint of peach and white fruit on the nose. Good Sauvignon on the nose, average persistence. Good as an aperitif, goes well with Japanese cuisine.
Very simple and pleasant. Pale yellow colour, fruity but also buttery/hazelnut nose. Palate: apple, pineapple, mango, apricot, kiwi, hazelnut, passion fruit, medium acidity, sweet aftertaste.
The estate's driest white wine, perfect as an aperitif, or even with white fish, as we tasted.
Great quality to price ratio.
Uby wines remain a safe bet.
A dry, slightly fruity Sauvignon, less tangy than Uby's sweet wines. In my opinion, it's ideal with fish or sushi and can also be served as an aperitif!
A dry, fresh and very aromatic Sauvignon Blanc. Tasted with a seafood platter, it was just perfect! A great value for money!
It is not by chance that the turtle is the emblem of Uby. It is the symbol of a strong commitment to the environment. Uby is the name of a stream that crosses the estate and the Uby pond, a still preserved place where the last Cistudes turtles in Europe live and reproduce. The wines reflect the art of living "Made in Gers" and the conviviality of every moment. Accessible, uncomplicated, to be drunk young, they skilfully combine freshness, roundness and gourmet fruity notes.
