Founded in 1840, Maison Simonnet-Febvre is an essential reference in the Chablis region. Taken over in 2003 by Louis Latour and directed by Jean-Philippe Archambaud, it now produces 3 ranges in which the house style asserts itself with the same conviction: Chablis, Crémants de Bourgogne and Yonne wines. It perpetuates an image of tradition of more than a century while working with modern techniques to express the unique character of this vineyard. Its know-how and the quality of its wines have given it a solid reputation that goes far beyond our borders.
