Barolo Cannubi, located in the village of Barolo, is the most famous and prestigious vineyard in the appellation. The vineyard's soil composition and perfect south-facing exposure give the grapes cultivated there a unique distinctiveness. A high-class wine that expresses the elegance of the terroir where it is grown. The wine is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, 30% of them are new, and then a further 12 months in-bottle ageing before being marketed. Persistent on the nose, it gives us intense aromas of red fruits, cherry and plum with floral notes, particularly rose. On the palate, we find a good structure and a full-bodied, velvety texture with a lingering balanced finish.
