A very good wine to drink as an aperitif with friends but also with a meal. Very fruity, I also recommend it with white fish or salmon.
Covering an area of more than 90 hectares, the Domaine Laroche today runs a vineyard on one of the most beautiful slopes of Chablis. This estate, which belongs to the Laroche family, has an exceptional heritage, that of the Obédiencerie of Chablis. Since the Middle Ages and for centuries, the canons of the Obédiencerie have made it a hot spot for wine thanks to their sense of quality and their land holdings. Today, the Laroche family continues to revive this know-how by vinifying the estate's Premiers and Grands Crus in the cellars of the Obédiencerie.
