With a fine and elegant nose, this Côte Sauvage is a delicious Côtes de Gascogne. Lively and fresh on the palate, we find richness with a beautiful aromatic complexity. The finish is invigorating and fruity. A great achievement!
A family vineyard, in the heart of the Côtes de Gascogne, in the Gers in Éauze, the stronghold of Jean-Pierre Dieux, who rightly defines himself as an artisan winemaker. The Villa Dria vineyard has 46 hectares of vines, mostly planted with white grape varieties.
