LEAVE YOUR REVIEWLots of fruit and concentration for this easy red, ideal for a barbecue or a charcuterie board.
A garnet-red wine with little tannin and a fruity character. Easy to drink with toasted meat and cheese. An aperitif or barbecue wine that will also go well with warm winter dishes.
A very pleasant, fruity wine that goes perfectly with a variety of dishes. A reasonably priced wine, well worth the diversions. To be recommended or given as a gift. Perfect
I knew the Darons and wanted to try this one; delicious fruity taste on the palate.
However, don't heat it too much so that it doesn't lose its finesse; you have to try to keep it at the recommended temperature to enjoy it.
Jeff Carrel's wines are truly exceptional, and you'll never be disappointed. This red wine, with its obvious fruitiness, is very pleasant to drink, whether as an aperitif or with a light meal. Don't be afraid to buy it!
A pleasant surprise for this wine, which should be enjoyed young. Ideal for an aperitif with friends, with its lightness and presence of red fruit, but can be drunk perfectly during the meal. A very good discovery.
Lots of fruit with a lovely freshness. A wine to drink with friends over a charcuterie/cheese aperitif or a plancha. Very good quality to price ratio. I recommend this wine.
Younger than "Les Darons" by the same Jeff Carrel, it's best drunk slightly chilled (personally, I take it out of my cellar 15' before drinking it). Perfect for aperitifs, toasted meats and summer dishes.
Tried actually after les darons, also a pleasant surprise. A very fresh and fruity wine, young and uncomplicated. For simple aperitifs.
A freshness emerges from this wine and the fruit notes quickly arrive on the palate. Very good as an aperitif or with cheese. Drink it slowly.
Spicy but light at the same time. Surprising, given the very, very light nose. To be recommended, but to be shared and not to exceed one glass so that it doesn't lose its charm.
"Eclectic winemaker", this is how Jeff Carrel defines himself. This oenologist, who can turn his hand to anything spreads his adivices in the vineyards, as well as in the winery or marketing strategy. In 2007 he sets up his own consulting firm in identity communication to assist wineries to enhance their specific features and productions. He then builds a very specific wine range with strong personality.
