A wine with a very pleasant woody aroma on the palate. It has a balanced structure without pronounced acidity or aggressiveness. A wine that will accompany your aperitifs as well as fish in sauce.
Review left on CHARDONNAY TETE DE CUVÉE 2019 - DOMAINE TARIQUETReally excellent, without doubt my favourite. A subtle wine, a real Chardonnay, very refined. Good length. Goes well with fish and shellfish.
This is the third time I have recommended it. Very fruity, you can feel the chardonnay with a touch of sunshine. Really perfect as an aperitif.
Brilliant golden straw colour. Vanilla is immediately noticeable on the nose. In the mouth, however, it remains fresh, with hints of apricot and a good minerality. Nice persistence.
I have been looking for a Chardonnay that has been aged in barrels for some time, which is not easy to find here in Spain, and I really liked this one for the price. Smooth but powerful, with a hint of coconut and banana, I recommend you try it.
A good Côtes de Gascogne, fairly typical of the appellation: 100% Chardonnay, very beautiful golden colour, fruity on the palate and powerful. I would recommend it as an aperitif rather than with food.
