In 1977, then 22 years old, Yannick Amirault took over the 3.40 hectares of vines from his father. From 1983, he opted for work in the vines that was ever more respectful of the environment: abandonment of all fertilizers, green harvesting, leaf stripping, plowing, grassing. Today the estate covers 19 hectares and Yannick has been assisted by his son Benoît for several years. Together they put their perfectionism at the service of Bourgeuil and Saint-Nicolas de Bourgeuil, magnificent and powerful. One of the pearls of the Loire!
