This red wine is powerful, deep with beautiful tannins that are well-patinated by the ageing process, without ever being heavy. An ideal companion to a fine piece of meat.more reviews

The unmissable wine from the Sollier winery, Les 4 Chemins is a high-quality wine for laying down!
The desire to make great wines is what drives the Sollier winery. It is through traditional varietal-based winemaking methods and barrel maturation, that 4 Chemins reveals its fruity and woody aromas, power and integrated tannins. Ideal with red meat, the already mouthwatering flavours of this Languedoc-Roussillon will only get better with time!

DOMAINE LE SOLLIER

Located in the north-west of the Gard department, at an altitude of some 300 meters on the foothills of the Cévennes, the Le Sollier estate has been managed for many years by the Olivier family. Since 2006, Nicolas and more recently his brother Thomas, both passionate and persevering, have taken over the operation under the protective eye of their father. Thanks to this family heritage and their solid skills in viticulture and oenology, the Olivier brothers achieve with great finesse their greatest ambition: to produce great Languedoc wines while respecting sustainable agriculture.
