LEAVE YOUR REVIEWNotes of ripe yellow fruit, citrus marmalade and honey balance with a beautiful acidity to give a very nice Jurançon. A deliciously harmonious wine!
Beautiful golden colour, creamy notes on the nose, white flowers. The use of slightly predominant wood is quite noticeable, in the mouth nice savouriness, citrus notes. I would have liked to hear more of the fruit.
Domaine Bordenave's 2019 Cuvée des Dames is an exceptional wine, combining balance and rich flavours. A memorable taste experience. I recommend
This pretty, golden Jurançon has a gentle, well-balanced acidity and sweetness that will delight your taste buds. Enjoy it with rich foie gras, tarte tatin or simply as an aperitif with friends.
The Bordenave estate, located in the heart of the Jurançon appellation, in Monein, is one of the oldest properties in the region, operated from father to son and daughter since 1676. Following significant investments in the cellars and from the restructuring of the vineyard, the estate presented its first vintage in 1993. Bordenave is all the dedication of a family to exalting the essence of a terroir. Here, our ties are old, sincere and generous, and we have always remained humble in the face of the strength of the earth and the value of every moment. Making Jurançon is a school of art and patience. An art where time is never really controlled because we always favor the permanent search for quality over quantity, from the vine to the bottle that we are going to uncork. "As far back as I can remember, my childhood has always been set in the majestic environment of the vineyards. When I was little, I followed my parents in the vineyards and in the cellars and I was already fascinated by all the magic that surrounds the warm world of wine. Later, introduced to the vocabulary and then to the real science of wine knowledge, I learned that tasting wine is both an art and a profession. "
