A Sancerre as enjoyed, mineral, a beautiful freshness with fruit notes. To be drunk with toasted fish. A great discovery.
Nose, floral, not highly developed. Very pale straw yellow. On the palate, acidity in the normal range, mineral. Hints of lime, grapefruit and unripe peach. Good.
