Believe me, this wine was a sensation! As an aperitif with a salmon tataki, it was the perfect match. Its minerality and character are worth the diversions!
I personally find Pouilly-fuissé one of the best versions of white Burgundy. Great character and elegance. It goes well with any type of dish, whether fish or meat. Excellent

Everyone knows Mâcon! But it remains to be rediscovered once it has passed into the hands of the Bret Brothers. These two enthusiasts have created their own Bret Brothers trading house, an activity that they master from start to finish, from the maintenance of the vines to the blends.
