This Riesling Feinherb 2021 is delicious, fresh and elegant. This wine allows you to try the great German wines without breaking the bank. The low residual sugar, in typical Feinherb style, makes it a companion that everyone will enjoy!
I tested this German Riesling without knowing what it was. A discovery that is worth its price. It is fresh and went well with the foie gras.
An entry level Riesling, particular for its low but very well balanced residual sugar. A nice nose and freshness in the mouth make it also enjoyable as an aperitif wine.
In my words: not necessarily complex, but very well balanced. A sweeter Riesling than the ones I used to drink before. It remains fresh on the palate though. It went perfectly with a creamy chicken with fried cloves.
Dr tanish is a guarantee of success at a summer dinner.... with appetizers or salads, in this case burrata...a super super nice riesling...worth a try.
Good riesling with an excellent quality-price ratio. Well balanced, characterised by citrus notes. A wine to be drunk daily throughout the meal. Never gets tired of drinking it
The Dr. H. Thanisch estate dates back to the 1800s when the Thanisch family settled along the Mosel to operate their first vineyard. Since the beginning of the 19th century, the domaine has fought great fame beyond the borders of the country and this thanks to the historical owner of the domain: the doctor of philosophy, Hugo Thanisch. Since then, the estate has always remained in the hands of the family and today belongs to Mechtild Thanisch. The vineyard is exclusively planted with Riesling and belongs to the absolute elite of the greatest and most fascinating German white wines in the world.
