Freshness, simplicity, aromas and fruitiness are the key words of the estate's Silex cuvée. I also tasted the exceptional Calcaire vintage. With a smoked salmon and you will be delighted
The bouquet hints at what's to come. A pleasantly dry white wine with very mineral notes. I drink it as an aperitif to fully appreciate it... a marvel!
Based in Saint Andelain, the Domaine Chauveau is today managed by Benoit Chauveau. The estate currently produces wines of various appellations. Offering a wide range of wines, the estate is renowned for its Pouilly-Fumé wines, which have been praised by the press. Also other quality wines are produced that contribute to the estate's reputation.
