A wine with pure fruit and spicy notes! On the palate there is a nice power of tannins controlled by a nice freshness and more mineral notes. A lovely wine!
Graves, we are in the south of this area, the soils make the character of this Bordeaux felt, full, savoury and tannic. A pairing with a succulent dish such as a paprika stew might be the right choice
It's very good: soft, fine, elegant, velvety. I really like this wine and this 2019 vintage is very expressive, without any aggressiveness. I regret not having more in the cellar!
