PRIEURE SAINT-JEAN DE BEBIAN 2020 BLANC

0,75 L White Wine / France / Languedoc-Roussillon / Languedoc AOC / 13,5 % vol

Demeter (biodynamic certification) EU organic farming
An exceptional white from Saint-Jean de Bebian, an ancestral Domaine in the Languedoc!
Cistercian monks arrived at the end of the 11th century and began cultivating vines. Over the centuries, these monks continued to craft and refine the wines to the best of their abilities, near Pézenas. Today, the Prieure Saint Jean de Bebian is a first-class reference in the region for the quality and authenticity of its wines. The white 2020 vintage is a blend of Roussanne, Vermentino, Clairette and Grenache Blanc. The wine is made naturally and without added sulphites. We find aromas of fresh pear, candied lemon and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, with a vibrant, mouth-watering finish. A white not to be missed!
