LEAVE YOUR REVIEWThis wine is good value for its price. It has a fairly complex taste: ripe red fruits, herbs and a touch of liquorice. Enjoyable drinking on its own and accompanying a meal.
A firm favourite in our house and one we buy repeatedly. A really interesting blend of SW (Cabernet Merlot) and southern (Syrah Grenache) grapes which works so well. Highly recommended and light.
Very good quality/price for this full bodied wine. Very dark and a nose of black fruits and flowers. On the palate there´s black fruits and soft tanins. A must buy/try
This wine punches well above its weight/price. It is just a really pleasant wine that can be enjoyed by everyone. So if your having a party this is the one for you !
An essential Languedoc reference! Fruity with floral notes. It is THE quality to price ratio that impresses us!
Very good quality to price ratio. We enjoy it as a simple wine, fruity (mix of Merlot, Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet-Franc). I recommend it!
Very good wine on the quality to price ratio. It is a bottle to have in your cellar without hesitation. It was tasted with a filet mignon and gratin dauphinois.
Very good quality to price ratio, easy to use from now on, but too discreet for my taste, lacks power, I can't find the spices, on the other hand, fruit and lightness.
An excellent Languedoc wine, as fruity as can be.
In short, it is a nectar, with an equal blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a powerful, elegant, fruity and structured wine.
A good wine, quite powerful and woody with chocolate aromas. A typical Syrah Grenache with black fruit aromas. Pairs well with toasted red meat and strong cheese.
I didn't know the Carcassonne IGP appellation and this is a great discovery. This wine has nothing to be ashamed of compared to a Fitou or a Corbières. A great discovery that will now have its place in my cellar.
This Montagne Noire 2021 - CHATEAU AUZIAS is a decent wine due to its very low price. Fruity, a little fresh, slightly structured but not tannic, a little too light for my taste.
A wine with excellent value for money and extremely versatile. Excellent with hors d'oeuvres and main courses but I would say suitable for the whole meal. I immediately bought two more bottles
An excellent value for money and extremely versatile wine. To be drunk with starters and main courses of meat. I recommend for those who want to try this type of wine
A reference on the Languedoc! Fruity with floral notes. Unbeatable quality to price ratio. To be served throughout the meal or as an aperitif!
A must-have reference! With beautiful floral notes! Unpretentious bottle with a very good quality to price ratio! I recommend it to you!
A pleasant wine, fruity and lighter than the other productions of the Auzias house. An excellent quality to price ratio and a star at Hachette
A 'transversal' wine, capable of pleasing a little of everyone, thanks to its ripe, concentrated fruit, good structure and fine tannins. Personally, I would have liked a little more acidity, but it is a good product nonetheless.
This cuvée is definitely a safe bet for this appellation, which is perhaps unjustly ignored. This blend of grape varieties breathes wind and sun. I have known and appreciated this cuvée for several vintages, with a constantly renewed pleasure! A gourmet wine, a delight!
A light, fruity wine that will do well as an aperitif rather than with a meal. It's a good quality to price ratio but you don't need to look for complexity or a lot of body. I can recommend it for a summer lunch, but more on a goat salad than on a barbecue.
Slightly more intense note than the smaller Mademoiselle from the same house. Chocolatey flavours with subtle mocha aromas and perfectly integrated tannins.
Very good wine for the whole meal. Far removed from fashions, far removed from Bordeaux or grand Bourgogne. A pleasant wine for the whole meal that goes well with almost any course.
A very nice discovery of this estate. This wine is very structured, full and silky. I really like the roundness on the palate. The alcohol is well-balanced, which means it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a meal.
the aroma is reminiscent of wild fruit or red fruits and is characterised by a slight vegetal hint a soft wine I paired it with mature cheeses, but it was not a good match, perhaps it would have been better paired with fresh cheeses
A wine that I order and recommend because of its exceptional quality to price ratio. A real wine to share with friends that will go well with all your summer aperitifs and barbecues!
I ordered a large quantity on special offer for a wedding.
A southern wine that goes very well with cold meats, meat in sauce or barbecues (less so with cheeses). Very good quality to price ratio.
Optimal expression of France at an affordable price, to be tasted with family at table, with friends or on a romantic occasion.
I highly recommend tasting
It's hard to find anything better at this discount price on Vinatis! I loved it the first time... it has become one of my must-haves every time I order it. I love it as an aperitif with friends!
Auzias a sure bet! A table wine offering good value for money.
Rarely disappointed by this red wine, a Languedoc with notes of black fruit and spices.
A wine worth discovering. Deep, dark colour, revealing aromas of black fruits and spices. On the palate, tannic structure and a well-balanced concentration of fruit. I would recommend
Ruby in the glass. Nose of red fruits, herbaceous notes and a bit of wood that comes through if you open it up a bit. The wood however can be felt in the mouth. The tannins are quite light. Ready to drink now.
I quite agree with the previous notes, a very good wine, a rather particular taste but one that is original, I didn't know this type of wine and I'd be happy to try it again.
A nice little cuvée from the south, rather well made, if a little ordinary. Deep garnet-red colour, blueberry and liquorice nose, red fruit compote on the palate. Round finish.
A very good, fairly powerful, oaky wine with chocolate and fruity notes (blackberries, plums). Voluminous palate, with the tannins fading over time. Excellent quality to price ratio.
I've been a friend of this wine for a few years now; to be honest, I don't find this vintage as good as the last, but it's still a good simple wine to have on hand.
Very good value for money for this sunny cuvée. With an atypical blend and some ageing in wood. It remains a cuvée to have on hand.
Meets my expectations. I like it with my meat and cheeses. I'd say it's good value for money. And, as an everyday wine, I would certainly recommend it.
Super discovery! Unpretentious but very successful, with a dark colour, a nose of red fruit and a round palate with fine tannins; taken aback. Open it for any occasion.
We love this little Château Auzias with its fruity notes that go perfectly with all our meals, full-bodied and expressive; come and discover it in moderation.
This cuvée is definitely a safe bet, and I buy it regularly. This gourmet wine with its aromas of black fruit and delicate spices is a delight!
A safe bet, fruity but not too fruity, as southern wines are. To share with friends to accompany a good meal. Discovered a few years ago, I recommend it 100%.
This well-balanced wine, a blend of 4 southern grape varieties, is an excellent surprise and offers unrivalled value for money. Round and fruity, but not overly so.
This red wine from Languedoc-Roussillon is super! We tasted it with a daube à la provençale, very good, not too aggressive tannins, a very gourmet wine at a very affordable price.
A simple, fruity wine that is easy to drink. A gourmet wine that deserves to be discovered, especially as it is very well priced.
A powerful wine worthy of the Languedoc. Well-balanced with present tannins. In its prime, it can be enjoyed around a fine table.
A typical southern wine, with a predominantly red fruit nose. A wine with character that's great as an aperitif or with an unpretentious meal. Keep it for the more patient.
Very good quality to price ratio. A wine to enjoy with friends, with simple dishes or with more sophisticated ones. I recommend this wine, which meets my expectations.
Eclectic and elegant wine that I love to have in my small cellar. Smells of ripe red fruits, blackcurrants and violets. Beautiful roundness on the palate. Long, soft finish. Excellent with grilled meats or more simply with cold meats or cheeses. Excellent Q/P ratio.
Great quality to price ratio, just open a little before tasting. My friends loved it, I'm ordering again and I recommend it with my eyes closed, especially at this price.
we really appreciated the quality and price! we repurchased 6 bottles as it is a good wine, pleasant and easy to drink! recommended the wine and the site!
Maison Auzias is a safe bet! A table wine offering good value for money. A Languedoc with notes of black fruit and spices. We recommend it.
This Languedoc red wine is well-made and well-balanced.
On the palate, it's a little too light for what I'm looking for in a red, but there's no fault to be found with its structure.
A good red wine for those who like red wines that go with everything.
Very good quality to price ratio for those looking for a pleasant red aperitif wine. The wine is light and well-balanced. It goes well with everything.
Château Auzias is a great way to discover the Carcassonne PGI. A well-balanced wine with freshness, power and lovely black fruit aromas.
The best deal for under €5!
A lovely family estate near Carcassonne offering wines with explosive quality to price ratio.
This wine is rather full-bodied, with notes of black fruit and pepper.
An excellent wine to share with friends.
A sincere wine, an excellent quality/price compromise but one that says its piece and still gets 'del Lei'. Perfect for transforming an anonymous evening. Also good in the kitchen for nuancing and of course to drink! Not bad.... Unmissable wine to have in the house also for the very competitive price!
An unpretentious wine at a more than fair price. This wine should be drunk within 2 years and goes very well with grilled meats and smoked charcuterie. Long cherry finish. I would recommend
A superb surprise!
I'd never ventured into Carcassonne before. I'm used to Bordeaux, but here I found superb balance, not too much tannin and a lovely fruity flavour. It's a great accompaniment to a cheese platter.
Domaine Auzias is located a stone's throw from the City of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, on the gentle slopes of the Black Mountain, the easternmost area of the South-West and the westernmost of Languedoc-Roussillon. This exploitation of Château Auzias-Paretlongue in Cabardès, has a very old vineyard and a deep history which dates back to the beginning of the 12th century. A family domaine and lasting through its generations which advocates respect for traditions guaranteeing the artisanal quality of its wines. Particularly characteristic of Cabardès, it is certainly, with its 160 ha in one piece, one of the largest private wine estates in Languedoc.
