GERALD VALLEE

Within the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellation, Gérald Vallée is one of the only ones to have chosen to switch to manual harvesting (whereas 90% of the appellation harvests by machine!). This is a good omen for his wines, which have continued to improve in quality ever since.
