Excellent wine with a fantastic aroma and taste, very good value for money I highly recommend the purchase perfect for a dinner with friends
Chateau Camensac is a good value 5th Cru from Haut Medoc. For a few years now, the Merlaut family has again been producing wines that are increasingly wonderful to drink. I will enjoy this wine when I feel like a good piece of meat again.
Pleasant wine on the palate. It would be even better if it were left to age a little to release its assets.
A very good Bordeaux as enjoyed, supple, fleshy and deep. A delicious accompaniment to 5-hour lamb confit, highlighting the power of the juices on the palate, yum!
At Camensac, each parcel of the vineyard, each vintage, each vat constitutes an original entity that should be treated as such, avoiding any systematic or global appreciation. The aim is to reveal the optimal structure and complexity of the wine, without sacrificing the option of roundness and richness of tannins.
