The Barolo-typical aromatics are very beautifully elaborated here! Elegant, precise and incredibly deep, this Barolo spoils with its beautiful minerality and its racy and complex aromas. Elegant and well structured!
Domenico Clerico's estate was founded in 1978 in Monforte d'Alba in the heart of the Langhe when he inherited 3 hectares of vines and a small farm from his father. At the time the estate mainly produced fruit trees. Domenico saw the immense potential of his vines and decided to gradually buy vines on the finest wines of the region, listening to the wise advice of the elders who have spent their lives working in these vines. The selected vines benefit from south-western exposure and an altitude between 150 and 450 meters. Today Domenico puts all these efforts at the service of the vines and the wine. Its parcel approach (Burgundian style) has won over critics from all over the world and we are under the spell of these absolutely divine wines!
