This Esprit Gassier wine encapsulates the expertise of Château Gassier in its gourmet style and fresh flavours. It echoes the spirit of this outstanding terroir - Sainte-Victoire. This Côte de Provence has been directly pressed and undergone low temperature fermentation to preserve its fresh fruit aromas. We find delicate white flower notes and subtle hints of fresh almond. It lingers with lovely aromatics and a tangy finish.

CHÂTEAU GASSIER

The Château Gassier teams have thoroughly studied the estate's soils in order to establish the best terroir-grape variety in accordance with the specifications of the AOC Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire. The result is a completely redesigned vineyard that honors the 4 distinct terroirs identified on the property as well as two main grape varieties: Grenache and Syrah, which represent 50% of the vineyards.
