A ripe and creamy Shiraz with silky tannins, in a modern style with liquorice and mint notes!
Its smoky notes, spices, blackcurrant, eucalyptus and coriander make up a fresh palette that is carried by a juicy frame, with perfectly-blended tannins. This is a superbly balanced wine, never in excess, interesting in its ability to bind the warm strength of the Southern Barossa region to the finesse of the great high-altitude terroirs, around a rich and luscious fruit. The perfect wine to open with beautiful cuts of red grilled meats. Finally, to ensure it can be kept for a long time in the cellar, the bottle is plugged with a Stelvi screw cap (a new technology that allows optimal ageing).
