Domaine Deshenry's is located in the Côtes de Thongue terroir and has been in the Bouchard family for five generations. Deshenry's owes its name to Henry, the first name given to the various managers who have taken over the leadership of this domaine. After destalking, alcoholic fermentation is relatively short to ensure the primary aromas are locked in. Ageing is in concrete vats and then bottling happens at the end of winter. A lovely complexity of fresh fruit aromas, cherry and blackcurrant with lightly spiced notes. The palate is full and generous. The fresh, juicy notes blend with the fruitiness.

DOMAINE DESHENRY'S

For five generations, Domaine Deshenry's has been producing wine in the commune of Alignan-du-Vent in Languedoc. This wine-producing estate, which belongs to the Bouchard family, takes its name from the first name Henry, borne by the various successive managers. Today, the estate covers about 55 hectares and grows its vines on different terroirs. The grape varieties are chosen according to their compatibility with each soil. Dedicated to the Côtes de Thongue IGP, the estate now produces balanced and intense wines.
