Located in southern Corsica, in the heart of the Taravo valley and at an altitude of around 100 meters, the estate is one of the oldest vineyards on the island, made up mainly of emblematic grape varieties such as Vermentino, Sciacarello or even Nielluccio, it houses a unique collection of eighteen varieties of indigenous grape varieties which today constitute a real treasure in the wine heritage of the island. The harvests are only manual and during the vinification, only indigenous yeasts are used. A technical follow-up is carried out in biodynamics as well as by a consultant oenologist. A flock of sheep (followed by homeopathy) graze in the vines during winter.
