LEAVE YOUR REVIEWLagrave-Martillac 2020 - A noteworthy Zweitwein from Chateau Latour-Martillac. This wine impresses with its fine qualities, offering a glimpse of the estate's excellence in a more accessible package.
I would like to let it age a little in the cellar, its beautiful structure can allow it to develop its qualities further. White flowers, citrus fruits, delicious with toasted fish. Interesting price on special offer.
A good white wine typical of its appellation. A little rich and quite fresh. The aromas of white fruits and more particularly of peach are very present. Perfect with fish in sauce.
Second wine of Château Latour Martillac which has nothing to envy to its big brother. Minerality and freshness on the palate, excellent with seafood.
Excellent, typical white Pessac. Round, with aromas that stand out, good length on the palate. Excellent finesse worthy of the appellation.
Excellent value for money. A fine example of a Graves white. Notes of citrus, stone fruit and a bitter zest of lemon give it power and freshness. Remove from the fridge a little before serving.
Château Latour-Martillac is the result of a long single-family heritage and has become one of the reference wines of Pessac-Léognan. Selected in 1934 to accompany George VI's coronation banquet, it hasn't lost any of its prestige since, thanks to its intense, highly fruity and spiced wines. A reference wine not to be missed!
