It is not by chance that the turtle is the emblem of Uby. It is the symbol of a strong commitment to the environment. Uby is the name of a stream that crosses the estate and the Uby pond, a still preserved place where the last Cistudes turtles in Europe live and reproduce. The wines reflect the art of living "Made in Gers" and the conviviality of every moment.
