A very nice white wine that will perfectly accompany white meats in sauce but also fish and shellfish!more reviews

The L'Etoile AOC only produces white wines that are distinguished by their finesse and a gunflint type minerality!
Made from different terroirs, mostly marl and limestone, the wines of Domaine Baud always offer superb sensations when tasted. This Etoile cuvée offers a pleasant nose mixing floral aromas and notes of roasted hazelnuts. On the palate, we particularly appreciate its roundness and richness. It is very well balanced and has a surprisingly long finish with a beautiful amplitude!

DOMAINE BAUD

Ninth generation of winegrowers on the Estate, the path of Clémentine and Bastien was naturally traced. The gray-blue marls of Ménétru-le-Vignoble, the heart of the Château-Chalon AOC, Grand Cru of Vin Jaune from Jura, with red gravel from Blandans, or Frontenay, where their red grape varieties excel, the Domaine crosses in Quintigny the clay-limestone soils of the Étoile, renowned for the finesse of its whites. Then it comes to dwell on the sunny slopes of the Côtes du Jura from Vernois to Voiteur, a favourite terroir for Chardonnay and Savagnin.
