It was in 2002 that the adventure began for Coralie and Damien Delecheneau at a place called La Grange Tiphaine. They have taken over this family estate, for 5 generations, which covers 15 hectares in the Montlouis-sur-Loire and Touraine-Amboise appellations. Damien and his two employees take care of the viticulture and winemaking while Coralie manages the administrative and commercial side. Concerned about respecting the terroir and its balance, the couple adhered from the start to the rules of organic farming, then biodynamics. It is on the Route des Châteaux de la Loire that the estate is divided into 2 distinct terroirs: the whites in Montlouis-sur-Loire and its flint sand soils; the reds in Touraine-Amboise on flint clay soils. In the cellar, everything is done to develop the wines as naturally as possible, using gravity, indigenous yeasts, sulphur in homeopathic doses and as few oenological interventions as possible. The ageing takes place in concrete vats or old barrels, always with the aim of preserving the fruit and the unique expression of each origin. Thus the maestro couple produces wines in their image, with personality, a frank expression of the terroir and of each grape variety, elegance and purity. These wines are now present on starred tables around the world.
