A superb Chignin Bergeron that reveals all the potential of the terroir of Domaine Berthollier. Indeed, the cuvée Exception is a blend of 4 different terroirs, 4 parcels scattered over three communes claiming the appellation Chignin-Bergeron. It is this diversity that makes it an "Exception": it has the power of the southern slopes, the minerality of the white earth flows and the freshness of the more northern vines. This cuvée is both round and smooth, offering here and there notes of dried apricot, honey and exotic fruit. This wine will be the number one ally of fish and white meat dishes!

DOMAINE BERTHOLLIER - LA COMBE DES GRAND'VIGNES

The family vineyard was born in the commune of Chignin. It is very fragmented. This is a particularity of Savoyard viticulture, and the estate is no exception. It clings to the slopes of the Savoyarde. To work on them, they travel 5 to 6 kilometres of steep paths through the communes of Chignin, Francin and Montmélian.
