The terroir in which Domaine Coston has been established for several years enjoys worldwide recognition. This very special and unique terroir is located on the lacustrine limestone of the Arboussas massif where only three vineyards are located. Three exceptional and recognised Languedoc stories. Garigoles is a fine, elegant red wine with a full aromatic bouquet of spices, black olive, cocoa and mocha. The palate is firm and structured and provides a harmonious and fresh tasting experience. Paired with a nice piece of meat in sauce, it is a gustatory pleasure that awaits you and will sublimate your meals!

COSTON

The terroir of Aniane has enjoyed worldwide recognition for several years now. This very special and unique terroir is located on the lacustrine limestone of the Arboussas massif. The forest of strawberry trees and holm oaks covers the entire area. At an altitude of 350 metres, the nights are cool and humid. Only three vineyards, whose terroirs are classified as Terrasses du Larzac, are located on these spurs. Three stories of the Languedoc... A land first recognised by E. Peynaud, he advised A. Guibert to set up a vineyard there. A few years later, sure of the exceptional potential of this terroir, the Vaillé family created a vineyard there by clearing some 15 hectares: La Grange des Pères.In 2000, this notoriety became worldwide, when Robert Mondavi planned to set up an exceptional vineyard there in his turn. In 2006, we carried out part of his project by clearing eight hectares in the heart of the massif. In 2011, we began planting Syrah and Grenache.
