Ylirum displays pure fruit against a background of aniseed, drawing on white flower and citrus aromas. The Verdejo variety can clearly be perceived with its typical notes of almond and stone fruits. This wine from the Vega Demara estate has charmed Vinatis customers for many years now and it's a really challenge to share it as an aperitif without going overboard!

Founded in 1946 by the Mateos de la Higuera family, the “Vega Demara” House is located in the “La Mancha” region with nearly 86 hectares of production under the Protected Designation of Origin.
