El Pedal is produced by the Viñedos Hermanos Hernáiz domaine located in Baños de Rioja in the Upper Rioja region. Harvested by hand, the wine is made in concrete vats and aged in used 500-litre oak barrels for a year. Very drinkable while still young, this wine is fruity and silky with wild red fruit aromas that blend well with floral notes. The finish is fresh with gently toasted notes. A wine to enjoy with a barbecue. Every mouthful will demand another!
