This great wine from Château de Berne reflects the minerality of the terroir in the "Berne style". A highly expressive, lively and intense nose with notes of citrus, stoned fruit and exotic fruits with hints of gentle roasted notes. The attack is sharp but with plenty of body. It's meaty and equally structured with fruity flavours of vine peaches. The finish is round, flowery and very long. The short ageing in oak barrels refines its aromatic complexity. Drink it with a grilled red mullet - the pairing is exceptional!
