CHATEAU SAINT-ROUX

Château Saint-Roux was historically a farm whose origins date back to the 15th century. The dazzling property engages in multiple activities: 40 hectare vineyard, cheese dairy, vegetable garden, olive oils, goat breeding, all with 100% organic certification. The vineyard has a crystalline and limestone soil, rich in iron and bauxite, giving rise to wines with complex aromas. The Provençal Mediterranean climate is at the heart of a windy corridor, thus reducing the pressure of disease, making work as natural as possible.
